"Very nice, cozy rooms. The service was very helpful. No breakfast is available, but there is a good Mexican restaurant/bakery within walking distance, in the same building as the nearby supermarket, where you can get very good breakfast burritos. They open at 6 AM. The only issue was the low water pressure in the shower — it worked for me, but it is something that should be checked. I would recommend this place and would stay again."

"We loved it. Comfortable and cozy. Stars at night were amazing. Easy access to the walking paths. Bed was comfortable although the stairs to the loft needed careful navigation. Directions to the house were clear. Getting in to the house a bit of a problem when we arrived after dark. There is little to light your way. Would recommend arriving during daylight hours to get acquainted with the property and the house. Once we got our bearings, really enjoyed it."

"Loved our stay . Great beach and trail access, house is close to highway 1 but didn’t mind . Great hot tub , beds were comfy and we appreciated the extra linens . We r big cooks so we could of used some dish towels! We even stayed 2 extra days . Thank you"

"Everything about this property was perfect. Our only complaint was that we should have stayed longer! Truly, the house has everything one needs to be comfortable. Kitchen was so well appointed and we could find everything we needed. The beds were so comfy and dreamy. The bathrooms were well lit and roomy. The outdoor spaces are even better than in the pictures! We saw all sorts of birds, some deer, even a fox came by every evening on his rounds. Just a spectacular space to unplug, put your feet up and relax. We did take advantage of the well marked trails as well. Hands down one of the best places we have ever booked on VRBO."

"Our nonprofit organization's board of directors stayed in this lovely home for our annual in-person retreat, and the four of us really enjoyed our time there. The home itself has a unique and interesting design and is situated in a very quiet neighborhood. The 3 bedrooms are lovely, with very comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are lovely as well . The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, more than in some homes I have stayed in. Our host was available and responsive, which is always appreciated. Sea Ranch is such a great place, with walking trails along the beautiful ocean and recreation centers with pool, sauna, etc. This home is close to Gualala Point Regional Park and the little town of Gualala -we highly recommend the Vue restaurant. Thanks for a great stay, John!"

"We loved this place for just the two of us. Great vicinity to the Bluff Trail, nice views complete with hot tub on the deck, wonderful spaciousness and sun in the common rooms, with the master bedroom set back in the calm and dark. (We slept so well! Super comfortable king mattress, too.) If we had to quibble, it would be that the bathroom and kitchen might call for some updating (but we didn't mind at all and appreciated the pricing on a less 'fancy' place). Everything was well thought-out, clean and efficient."

"The house is super clean, full of amenities and super comfortable beds with soft sheets. Good nature views and peaceful to spend time on the back deck. The king bed and extra twin is upstairs via a very narrow & steep spiral staircase. This is pictured in the listing. Sea Ranch is very relaxing and we loved walking along the cliffs and exploring the beaches. Very relaxing getaway."
