“When we checked in the front desk associate was not warm and welcoming and truly seemed annoyed.
To pay tax and a service charge for a beach umbrella is crazy. Stayed at dozens +++ hotels and never had tax and a service charge. Additionally I gave the young man a tip for setting up the umbrella and some how there was also a tip on my bill for the umbrella set up. Hard to believe a $30.00 umbrella was 45.00 plus crazy and not acceptable.”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day.
I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest.
We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay
Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”
