“The room is dirty. ”

“Hotel is old, room is big but carpet is dirty. Staff is nice though. Not cheap for a hotel this quality ”

“Luxury hotel with spacious room and great breakfast. We had a fully relaxed two nights here during the intensive campus tour and interviews. ”

“The staff were super nice, but the room and furnishing were quite dated. It reminded me of a cheap motel I once stayed at by accident. The breakfast area and landscaping were cute. That’s why that breakfast area is highlighted in their photos, I guess. ”

“The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!……

“Clean room ”

“I was unable to checkout properly as no no one was at the front desk. My kids had to be somewhere and I waited for an hour and had to leave my room keys with a kitchen staff member. This is unacceptable to not to have someone at the front desk. ”

“The front desk staff was very warm & welcoming. Parking was good. The property has a lot of fun history & architecture -- make sure to read about it in the little room off the lobby. And the town/area is so quaint. My husband had to work, so I sat at the bar by myself for dinner & had a wonderful time. The bartender is amazing. Really good at her craft! Food was great. It might be a challenging hotel & restaurant to navigate if one has mobility issues. There is an elevator, but there……
