On top of that cell service blocked by location - so it’s a double whammy. Also had to kill bugs on ceiling. Couldn’t call to report issues because phone in room didn’t work. But for $70, can’t complain too much.”

“We had requested a first floor room due to my wife's disability, but they had no record of the request. To make matters worse, they had no elevator. When we got in the room there was a glue trap visible in the room, the TV remote did not work, the room had no chairs and no desk or work table. While there, our key cards quit working and were told sorry, but that is out of our control, its a timer, but they gave us new cards that worked.”
