“We came to Tybee for a quick getaway, and this was a perfect place to relax, watch the sunrise and sunset, and just a short walk over the dunes to the beach. The unit was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The Southern Belle property management team was quick to respond to any questions and efficient with check-in instructions, etc. Would stay here again!”

“Amazing location. I enjoyed watching the waves, sunrise, and breeze. I am glad they had keyless entry. I did not have to worry about losing keys or remembering to give a family a key. The only issue was the refrigerator froze up and then thawed out, which led to water in the refrigerator with the food.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. There are no words to describe how much fun I had with 3 of my granddaughters. We made so many memories! It is very close to the beach. I sat on the deck every morning drinking my coffee and watching the cargo ships and Captain Derik’s Dolphin boats. We took a sunset tour which was awesome. I’d recommend a tour with them any time of the day! My granddaughters made a remark how friendly everyone was. We found shells and even shared them with a couple people. We didn’t……

“While the condo is very small and somewhat cramped, all the essentials are readily available. One important note: we did not do any cooking during our stay as there are many excellent restaurants nearby. Everything was clean, neat, and well organized. We especially loved the balcony (every condo has an ocean view!) and the new bikes.”

“The location is great, close to the beach and shops, the condo was very clean and tidy and had all the amenities you need. The two drawbacks is one you have 4 flights of stairs (which you can tell it’s at the top in the pictures) and during our stay one morning, we heard a knock on the door. When we answered it, it was the exterminator wanting to come in and spray, which I totally understand needs to be done, but I feel like management could have done a better job at communicating this with me……

“We stayed here for the last 4 days of our honeymoon and really enjoyed this little house. It was very affordable and better than staying in a hotel. I would not recommend staying with more than two people but it was plenty of room for my husband and I. We could hear loud footsteps from the people in the condo beside us but it was not a huge deal. Some complained about the bed being high but there is a stool if you cannot get up otherwise we were able to get up ourselves. Very clean and the host……

Great Beach access and the unit was clean and well stocked with towels, food prep ingredients, and all utensils pots/pans etc. We were traveling with a Sr. Citizen 80+ with mobility issues. It was great to have everything on one floor with a spectacular ocean view. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The only areas for improvement would be the television in double bedroom would only play one channel and the toilet heights were very low (not chair……

“This property is great! The check in process is different, but went fine. Upon checking in our room’s exterior door had no lock. Management immediately moved us into a nearby room that was just as nice. Communication with management was amazing! The pool was awesome, plenty of seating. Easy access to the beach. They offer rentals of beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas, beach toys, and more. So convenient and affordable. They delivered the beach chairs right to our room! Plenty of entertainment and……
