Soooo on day 2 we returned from a fun day of activities to find a very nice young family had moved in and were occupying the cabin. Yes, double-booked. "Clean. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels. They clean rooms every 3 days. Some staff were courteous others not so good. Int reservations called for a handicap room with 2 queen beds or 1 king bed with a sofa bed. I ended up with the 1 king bed, a chair I asked for a roll-away bed, they had none available so my care giver had to sleep on the floor, no carpet and they gave her two blankets and a pillow. The bed was lumpy and sleeping was not good."
