"Simply perfect. We stayed for 3 days and none of us wanted to go home. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was very clean. A lot of things to do there like tennis, hiking, cycling, or you could simply visit Annecy (definitely worth it)"

"Excellent séjour à l' hôtel Vicc. Accueil sympathique dans un cadre enchanteur. Chambre récemment refaite. Bon petit déjeuner. A recommander pour un séjour au grand air sans chichi"

"Hat alles gepasst.Vom Essen bis zum Pool."

"We had a good stay at the apartment. Although there is a sofa bed it does only really suit 2 people to be comfortable regarding space. The bed is raised & requires climbing up to it so wouldn’t suit anyone less able. The balcony is a great asset. The listing suggests the wc is separate but it is in the showroom. This could do with an update, and has an in pleasant odour but we bought air fresheners. Property manager was very helpful & addressed any issues quickly. Bike storage is good. The...

"The Villa offers everything needed to spend great time with family and friends. The interior design is well thought through and coherent. The kitchen and its equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The media and entertainment room let you recall the Cinema‘s feeling. We really enjoyed our stay and had needed deep and good sleep and were able to reload our batteries. Thanks again Marilyn for your friendly support and perfect organisation."

"Nice countryhouse , winderful panorama."

The studio is a super base to explore the region, and is close to the lake, and cycle route. We rarely used our vehicle, instead, cycling to Annecy and Doussard. The area is a great place for outdoor activities, and although we visited in the summer, no doubt it would be an excellent winter holiday base. We look forward to...

"We had a lovely stay here. As described, the property is very small but it worked for our short break. The outside is private and having an allocated parking space was useful. We found a good bakery and lovely beaches in Duingt. Thank you!"

"Nice Home in a perfekt place in Annecy. Communication with the owner good all the way through. We would love to come back."
