“Eche was a wonderful host. We couldn't figure out how to get into the second door of the apartment and the first call he answered and stayed on the phone to make sure we got in. The place was very clean and had a homie feel. Only a 10 minute ride from LaGuardia and a few blocks away from the subway ( 8-10 minute walk) which made it easy to get to Manhattan. Four adults stayed here comfortably. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“First and foremost, we loved our stay and would absolutely return. Thanks Claudia!From a city noise perspective, there isn’t much insulation between the master bedroom and the street - you can hear everything. This wasn’t a problem for us, but I could understand light sleepers or people hoping for a quiet or romantic stay being turned off.For communication, Claudia was great and very detailed. “The host communicated wonderfully from the time I booked until I checked out. The property was perfect for our needs and located in a beautiful part of town. The interior was spacious, and the patio was especially lovely—unfortunately, it was too cold for us to fully enjoy it. “The host was darling and communicative. My trip entailed mostly business with a bit of pleasure. The bed is outrageously comfortable and made for cozy sleep when solid sleep was a priority. "I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped."
