“We had a fabulous time, the hot tub was the highlight and scenery around the property. Not very good cell service or wifi so come ready to spend time with loved ones and in nature. The property manager is great and quick to respond. Very spacious with lots of places for the family to sleep and have their own space to chill. Oh! And they have a ton of towels which is great for water play and hot tubbing. ”

“Everything was great, truly. There was however, A LOT of loose hair, 5-6" long and dark ALL OVER the bathroom. At least 10 in the shower stall. A few on the walls of the bathroom and even some stuck to the cabinets as well as the floor. ”

“The location of this single wide mobile home was incredible; on the banks of the Winchuck River and a ten minute walk to the beach! We watched waterfowl, heard owls and saw a fox. However, the mobile home itself was worn out, and there was an overpowering smell of air freshener that no amount of fresh air could dissipate. We messaged the owner twice about animal noises coming from underneath the trailer. ”

“The place had a substitute cleaner we learned after calling the owner so some grace has to be given. The home really smelled up on check-in, freezer had spilled food in it, cupboards had spills down them. They sent a cleaner in the next morning. The main issue I had was a charge to me for a repair that should never have been necessary had the correct steps been taken to secure a ship's captains wheel to the wall over the kitchen table with more than hooking it over one drywall screw.
