Told me to speak with the manager at 8am. At 8 am I was told by the person who came in at 7am, the manager wouldn't arrive until 10am. He said he would check the room to see if it seemed like I was smoking in the room, he didn't find anything that made it seem like I was smoking, he'd attempt a refund but stated I would not be allowed to return to the location. I was only there one night for a funeral and it was a horrible experience.
