"My wife and I stayed four nights. We requested the room to be cleaned and the towels replaced with the desk staff. We were assured that we were on the list to be cleaned that day. It didn’t happen. The room tv did not turn on properly. It required that you change the input before it worked. There were no instructions on how to turn on the tv. Frustrating! "

"We arrived at the hotel around 1 AM after a four-hour flight and were exhausted. When we pulled back the bedding, we discovered the sheets were filthy. There were what appeared to be blood stains and dirt on the bedding (I have photos). This is completely unacceptable and frankly shocking. Clean bedding is the most basic expectation of any hotel stay. Finding stained and dirty sheets immediately raises serious concerns about housekeeping standards and whether the room was properly cleaned at all. The only reason we didn’t immediately leave the hotel or escalate the situation with the front desk was because it was the middle of the night and we were exhausted from travel. Under normal circumstances we likely would have walked out and found another hotel. This experience was extremely disappointing, and management should be aware that something like this should never happen. I would appreciate someone from management contacting me to address this issue."

"This place is, one the whole, a dump. The location is sketchy. The facilities are quite run down. Our toilet seat was broken. The "gym" had no water, no towels, no wipes and no remote for the TV (which could not be manually operated). It DID have a weight bench, but there were NO WEIGHTS. :| Best of all? The front desk staff told us they would NOT provide bedding for our sofa bed (which we had paid for). Sorry, but a bare mattress in a sofa does NOT equal a "bed" until you make it up. After I guilted the night clerk into stripping a bed from an unused room, he kindly pointed out that the "fine print" on the website makes this B.S. policy clear. :\ On the bright side, the shower was new-ish worked really well and the breakfast/breakfast area were better than expected. Avoid. Not worth it, peeps."

"Sink leaking , shower leaking. Asked for an extension so I didn’t have to switch hotels and the clerk at the desk reserved the wrong day! Worst service for a less than mediocre stay."

"Was the worst place, totally misrepresented beeds corporate oversight ,and needs monthly inspections of property and screen the staying guest , wouks also recommend if you have weekly & monthly guess there side of building be away from guess staying 2 or 3 nights or over the weekend for work or events. "
