"Beds were fine, ac worked ok, room was clean, decent hotel breakfast. However the hotel needs some maintenance. Our room door stuck when opening and closing, the bathroom door didn’t latch all of the time, the hallway carpet is in bad shape, held down by tape in places, base tiles fallen off. There are nicer hotels in the Phoenix area for the same money."

"Worse experience ever the staff guy in glasses is rude and stubborn gave no help at all so my advice to anyone don’t go here save yourself from this fiasco "

"the area around the property feels very unsafe. Heard gun shots through the night and there were a lot of homeless and transient people in the parking lot and surrounding area. Staff was kind and helpful as much as they could’ve but the hotel itself feels very run down and unclean."

"My wife and I stayed four nights. We requested the room to be cleaned and the towels replaced with the desk staff. We were assured that we were on the list to be cleaned that day. It didn’t happen. The room tv did not turn on properly. It required that you change the input before it worked. There were no instructions on how to turn on the tv. Frustrating! "

"We arrived at the hotel around 1 AM after a four-hour flight and were exhausted. When we pulled back the bedding, we discovered the sheets were filthy. There were what appeared to be blood stains and dirt on the bedding (I have photos). This is completely unacceptable and frankly shocking. Clean bedding is the most basic expectation of any hotel stay. Finding stained and dirty sheets immediately raises serious concerns about housekeeping standards and whether the room was properly cleaned at all. The only reason we didn’t immediately leave the hotel or escalate the situation with the front desk was because it was the middle of the night and we were exhausted from travel. Under normal circumstances we likely would have walked out and found another hotel. This experience was extremely disappointing, and management should be aware that something like this should never happen. I would appreciate someone from management contacting me to address this issue."
