“Breakfast was very sparce”

“Close to river very nice. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Slim on amenities, wish ice machines were working each floor.”

“It appeared the room had recently been refurbished and was lovely! The room was clean, the guests quiet and respectful. Breakfast buffet was decent.”

“Very nice place, only thing I can say that’s negative, is they didn’t have just regular black tea on the breakfast buffet, only spiced tea bags. I don’t drink coffee, sooo with no tea with caffeine really put a damper on my morning wake up mood…..met a couple more people in the dining room wanting just regular black tea without all that fancy additives, when I asked the front desk they said they just buy whatever from Walmart and till it’s gone they won’t purchase anymore….hello doesn’t that……

“It's not a perfect 5 out of 5. It is the best room you'll find in Vicksburg at this price, IMO. Clean room, friendly staff, and very comfortable bed. Only one of two elevators was working, but a repair crew was on hand. I didn't try the restaurants, preferring the options that are downtown. I would definitely stay here again when need a room for the night.”

“We have been to Natchez many times, and talked about staying here. I’m glad that we did, because the staff was very nice and accommodating. The location is prefect, and the view from our room was amazing. We especially enjoyed the large flowering pink trees outside our window. Even though it was hot outside we still went for a walk along the river. The beds were very comfortable. However we were not impressed with the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom was okay, but the floor was not clean,……

“If you book this hotel, be sure and book the top floor. We stayed there one night traveling to Florida. It was the most terrible night in a hotel room. The people above us were literally jumping around all night. I texted and called the staff several times and no one would help us. It was awful. The breakfast was good but the gym was hot and musty. The whole hotel was just kind of damp. Will definitely not be staying there again. There were several people at the pool that were drinking also.……

“I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine”
