“The room had holes in the floor and holes in the sink. The pool was drained. Our window looked out onto a neighborhood and into backyards. Most of the staff was friendly, but at breakfast, a staff member did not like that I had children trying to eat breakfast. I was trying to fix their plates and felt the need to apologize several times and got scolded for fixing plates.”
