Underage, unruly children running all over the pool and in hot tub. No real supervision. Clearly none of the rules were being followed or enforced. We order food the burgers ordered were well done, but not edible and burnt. I don't expect a five star menu, but edible for almost $70.00 would have been nice. To top it all off there was a mysterious $5.00 charge when I checked out, and $50.00 valet parking is simply ridiculous. The one good thing is yes, the staff is nice." The pool water was also a bit chilly so not super enjoyable swimming which was a bummer bc that’s always a nice activity for the kids. Pillows were everywhere, bathroom didn’t have towels except one hand towel. The parking is extremely difficult, there is no ramp attached to the hotel. You need to wait for a while to let valet parking staff get the car from other blocks then hand it to you."
