“My son & I had a wonderful stay on the LYLA, located in the heart of historic Gig Harbor. Nestled between 7 Seas and The Tides Tavern, this beautifully refurbished yacht was thr perfect spot. We had several days of great weather ("The mountain was out!"), and got to experience the Maritime Gig Festival. Wildlife abounds with harbor seals, bald eagles, osprey, purple martins and more. The boat is very well appointed, with an espresso machine and full kitchen. The beds were comfy and warm and……

“We decided to try a boat instead of a hotel for our stay in Gig Harbor. What a fabulous experience it was. The boat was a classic wood hull and interior, beautifully restored, with everything working perfect. Michelle was an amazing host, extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The setting in Gig harbor was spectacular, views, wildlife....lot's of stuff to do..and within walking distance to the historic downtown waterfront area. HIGHLY recommend you give one of their 3 boats a try!!”

“This house fit all 9 of us comfortably. The old house is a little creaky, but has lots of character. Having three bathrooms was a plus! It has absolutely everything. All the kitchen stuff you would need, lots a games and puzzles, a large deck and yard with lots of outdoor furniture and even a propane heater and fire table. We stayed there for my son's wedding at Thornewood Castle, and my whole family had a great time.”

“Home was comfortable with lots of room to visit and kids to play, close to shopping and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. We absolutely loved staying here. 3 brothers and their families and everyone had room. It was perfect. Host was quick to respond when I had a question and house was clean and stocked with necessities. Would 100% stay here again!”

“We enjoyed the most wonderful week at the Huckleberry Cabin. We love the peaceful surroundings, the porch swing, the hammocks, the hot tub nestled in a lovely garden, the many beautiful artistic touches on the property. We were able to really relax. The hosts provided everything we needed to make a fire in the fire pit, so we relaxed by the fire and ate our messy, delicious S'mores. We loved the sandwiches and ice cream at the nearby Olympic Bakery. Each day we found a beautiful new place to go……

“Would rate the overall experience as a 6 out of 10. Okay but not great. Property is a bit run down especially the backyard area. Both sliding screen doors fell off the tracks, neither bathroom sink had a drain stopper. Kayaks are a nice touch unfortunately it's a tuff job to get them down to the water and even tougher to get them back to the house. Internet service was good and the TV worked great.”

“This was an incredibly relaxing and memorable place to stay! The home is beautifully maintained in the original character. Views of Mount Rainer from our bedroom and the front porch were breathtaking. We saw river otters feeding, eagles nesting in the tree on the property, and an orca swimming by right in front of us! Admittedly, we had warm weather and bright blue sky for our visit, but it was just heavenly.”
