With an elevator to make check in a breeze, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the various balconies, take a break from the beach and lounge around by the pool, or simply relax in your own private space (every bedroom is equipped with its own en suite). PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator, Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Iron & Ironing Board, and Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.

The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.

**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.

Family vacation

Very nice house with amenities such as bathrooms attached to each bedroom and an elevator. Only had enough forks and knives for 10 guests even though house holds 24 guests. No broom or vacuum to keep things clean. We bought our own broom. Those
