“I had a terrible experience last night at this hotel, I stayed on the west tower and they gave me room 404 which AC wasn't working properly, the room temperature was 78 degrees making uncomfortable to sleep. I tried to call the lobby several times and no one answered my phone calls, we ended up getting another room in a Residence Inn 2 blocks away from there where we finally got some sleep.
Please stay away from this place!”

“The room was excellent, although it was a bit too close to the elevators. The amenities were outstanding, and the location was convenient, with restaurants and local attractions just a short drive away.
