The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.”

“The gardens are quite beautiful. It is a quiet, peaceful setting. The house is well maintained and has lovely windows, beautiful Stickley hardwood floors, lovely breakfast room, comfy bed, and bed linens. The host Kimberley was friendly, helpful, and respectful of your privacy.”

“The view from the balcony of our lakefront room was lovely. Unfortunately the balcony had not been cleaned - a few pieces of trash but the a/c unit about 6” from the chairs were covered in bugs. Hard to keep it clean with the nearby water but this was there when we arrived. The room was recently renovated and was lovely. We liked the location and had a great time in the area. We ate at the restaurant the last evening and enjoyed our food.”

“There are no refrigerators in the rooms. There are no microwaves in the rooms. There is a door leading to the outside that should require a card to get in. That was left open and March. Do not use, but left open. There was no ice to be had in the ice machine, but there was a large convention in town. There was no pool which I knew. But if I were going again, even though I had difficulty finding a room 780+ dollars for a Thursday night Friday night and Saturday night is extremely high for such a……

“It's unfortunate this hotel isn't really up to standards for the price they want. Cheap soaps, no products, dirty floor (in my room), rusty toilet paper holder. I dont think the stairs ha e been vacuumed in quite some time. There was a phone in the room that didn't work to call the front desk. It's a bit more run down than advertised, to say the least. And, the restaurant was closed for "rennovations" for quite some time. That should've been explained in advance. A big disappointment. ……

“Amazing B and B!!! Rebecca and Charles are the ultimate hosts. We had a wonderful stay in the cabin Casa Azul. Perfect one bedroom with a small porch. We enjoyed morning coffee on our porch every day over looking the fields. The breakfasts we had every day were absolutely fantastic. Home cooked meals with a variety of homemade jams. The fresh squeezed grape juice made with a variety of grapes was amazing as was the homemade apple cinnamon syrup for the French toast bake. Can’t say enough about……
