“Our room had a 10 inch circle of mold over top of the bathtub, dirt and grime all over the baseboards and down on the floor by the baseboards, burn holes in our bedding on our beds, there was no elevator to get us up to the third floor, there was no breakfast except for a muffin. There was no place to sit and eat. And we paid a good price to stay there too.!We will never stay there again.”

“Make sure you park in front of the hotel building. The first building you pull into is the casino which is west of the hotel. It is a long walk to the hotel from there!”

“Austin at the desk was very friendly and helpful and room was clean. However the website was very misleading on amenities. The free breakfast was not good and barely warm, coffee was nasty, hot tub had a gross film on top of the water and the outside was very sketchy. Very rundown and disappointed with the hotel with misleading photos and details of this establishment both inside and out. The only plus was the very kind and helpful Austin that worked at the desk. “Very clean nice. The neighbors are a little sketchy, but we felt safe.”

“For the most part everything was fine, the front desk staff was nice, the security staff at the casino entrance were all friendly and the room was clean. What I didn’t like was the shower had a constant drip and there was no lighting by the sink and mirror, very difficult to put on makeup or see anything.”

“The kitchen had everything you would ever need to cook a meal, pantry space for goods and a full size fridge. There was complimentary coffee pods and some snacks which was nice. The parking was ample on the street during my stay. The rest of the house was beautiful but during this trip I was not really there to enjoy any of the lounge areas.
