“This hotel is special for so many reasons. All the staff were excellent and so helpful and kind and attentive. Claudia and Enrico were exceptional and we got to know them. So super kind. Rooms had everything you could want and were perfectly cleaned and detailed. Breakfast was special with so many options and the views were unbelievable from our own balcony. We were very touched by our stay at the hotel and the people that own and work there❤️❤️❤️”

“The bathtub leaked when we took shower.My friend slipped after a shower as very very wet floor. fortunately no hurt for her. Bed cover is not clean and has dusty and there were traces os insets bites on my face. I went to my place to see doctor and pointed out that my face was bitten by insects. Poor WiFi facilities in hotel. Why say free WiFi in hotel . Suggest change better routers to improve WiFi as 4- stars hotel — this is not met the level”

“This place is incredible! An amazing cliffside setting with direct access to the emerald water of the Mediterranean. However, because of its setting, there are a lot of stairs (not for those who are out of shape). There are 165 steps down to the accommodation from the main road (staff helped with luggage) and another 300 steps down to the water. "I had to change the room due to terrible WiFi connection and unbearable noise from neighbors room due to old plumbing system. The second room has better WiFi but only one electrical socket is useful. And you can not use iron and the kettle at the same time as the circuit breaker will shut off!
