“Would be best to know about $75 security deposit prior to arriving to hotel; this was a big inconvenience. Also the price just not worth what was given. Towels could’ve been new or gently used, some had staines on it. One of the elevators were non functional but no sign it was just obvious when only one kept going up and down.”

However, I was disappointed that there was no daily service for basic cleaning and refreshing coffee pods (I only had coffee for one of my 3-day stays, asking only once but didn't have followup time). The staff was very friendly and the clean room puts it high on my satisfaction.”

“Nice typical HI Express. Be careful if you're making a left turn into the property as there is no left turn lane on this often busy stretch of road which could easily result in a rear end collision if you are waiting to turn in.”
