"We stayed at the family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The room is very big with 2 full bathrooms, the location of the hotel is excellent, only 1 block away from the subway station. We took the limousine bus from Kansai airport to OTAC station and it takes about 8 minutes to walk to the hotel."

"Really nice hotel that is a cut above the rest in its class. The building feels new, clean, and elegabt. The king size bed is huge and great for relaxing. It's on a side street so slightly tucked away from the histle and bustle, but only a 5 minute walk from the madness of Shinsaibashi. Breakfast is good, but a little limited. Will definitely stay here again. "

Far from city like Dotonburi/Namba etc but beautiful and lovely location. Universal port around the corner - book ferry ride ahead, Lawsons nearby at Port Vita hotel - very handy."

"We had a little bit of a hard time finding the entrance to the property because it’s was on the side of the building in the alleyway but it was flanked by a Lawsons AND a Sugi Pharamcy (both of which we visited several times during our 4 day stay. The check in is on Floor 2 and staff was very friendly and helpful and quick! Our room was on the 14th floor and I selected a corner room with the hope it would be spacious enough for three adults. When I opened the door I was relieved that there were three single beds with a small sitting area and a desk and enough space to move around. The bathroom was a good size and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were great. I appreciated the extra toothbrushes and hairbrushes and mouthwash. My husband and son visited the onsen which they said was small but very clean and nice. The location of the hotel was very close to restaurants and shopping and an entrance to the subway. We checked out early and the hotel held our luggage while we did a last minute visit to the aquarium and when we returned I was happy that housekeeping found my neck fan and reunited it with me before we left for the airport. Getting to the airport was easy. We walked less than ten minutes to Osaka Station and took the Haruka Express to KIX. We even got to ride the Hello Kitty Haruka train. The overall stay was comfortable, pleasant, and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and subway. Hotel was clean The staff was friendly & helpful. Amenities were excellent."

"The hotel was sitting on top of the Namba station, it has access to the station from and a family mart directly from one of the floors. Walking distance from Dotonbori. The rooms were clean and spacious. Very modern hotel. "

"Staff were excellent. My son became very ill and we needed to extend our stay and the staff had us set up promptly. Wifi was intermittent and it would be nice to have 1 English Channel (my son was pretty sick) but otherwise I have zero complaints about this hotel. "

"The free breakfast was a lovely surprise and very delicious. Only serves breakfast on the weekends, which worked out well for us. They also provided nice treats and free gifts on arrival! It is right next to the Namba Station and Dotonburi was only one train ride away or you can easily walk it. Would stay here again. "
