“PET friendly nice staff ”

“What a special place to stay and explore the beaches in Parghelia and the Gold Coast. My room was facing the gardens with a view to the main villa and sea in the distance. All rooms have a lovely private patio where a fresh cooked breakfast was served every morning. Comfortable rooms featured air conditioning, beach towels and beach umbrella which came in handy to visit Spiaggia Michelino - it’s simply breathtaking - well worth the hike. Alessandro was a great host, arranging airport transport……

“I stayed at the hotel for a week and it was a beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly. The grounds were beautiful. It’s very close to the beach. About 20 minutes and maybe a half hour walking back before it’s all up hill but worth it. There’s a market and a pharmacy just down the road for fresh deli meats and vegetables. The complimentary breakfast buffet was really good. The dinners are fantastic. It’s really inexpensive to eat there. It’s a bit out of the way but that’s fine. I used……

“Suite rooms ran down to unbearable condition. Bedding and furniture are old and damaged. Electric appliances outdated and damaged. Ceramic tiles very old and cracked. Bedding sheets were not cleaned and had spots on them.”

We played tennis twice and enjoyed the spa. There’s a beautiful sunset over the ocean every night. I cannot recommend this resort any higher, and we will definitely be back.”

La région n´a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes en revanche l´hôtel était bien et le gérant particulièrement sympathique et très agréable. “Five stars do not do this hotel justice, a small boutique hotel tucked away in a busy part of Tropea, location was great and the view from the terrace over Tropea beach was incredible, sunset aperitivo is a must. However, the best part of our stay was the customer service, it is the best experience we have had in all our travels and we travel a lot. A huge call out to Cristina, she anticipated our every need, was really authentic and personable, also Gregor for his local knowledge of beaches to……

“This property is right on the beach so you can’t get any better than the location! The owner was very helpful with information. The property is older but acceptable. My only real complaint would be to change the bedspreads which did not look regularly washed too comforters with duvet cover covers and that would make a huge difference! Breakfast was very good.”
