“Two suites that are perfect for two families staying together. The kitchen was nicely furnished. Had a beautiful view and a short walk to a Dam. The place is attached to a restaurant, but wasn't noticeable during our stay. The suites were very clean. The Host was also very understanding and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Perfect home for a couple of friends, maybe 3, to explore the Lake Placid area. Only 20-30 minutes from great hikes, Whiteface, John Brown Farm, Mt. Van Hoevenberg, Lake Saranac. A short walk to ice cream, pizza, and just a little farther to downtown LP. Host was very responsive and home is sufficiently equipped. My friend and I had a very nice stay.”

“The property is in a prime location on Lake Champlain. We brought our own kayaks and access to the lake was easy. The house was stocked with everything we would need and the hosts were very attentive. Helpful Info was provided on activities and shopping in the area. One suggestion for future guests is to bring reading lights, since lighting in common areas was rather dim. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Highland Cottage. The check in process could not have been easier, we were greeted to such a clean space with homemade cookies waiting for us. The cottage does so much with the space, it felt so comfortable! It was incredibly well stocked with a full spice rack, pots, pans, butter, extra bedding, games. Everything you could want and more. “Moreno's Cottages are a pleasant series of little cabins between Lake Placid and Saranac Lake. My brother and I stayed in #7. There were two twin beds, a nook and a small, separate kitchen area. It was rustic, but modern enough to feel like you had a place to relax after a hike. We did have some problems getting in, but Todd was super accommodating and had backup codes for us to use. “We stayed at the”Blackhaus” January 19-23. The house was perfect for our 3 teenage boys and my wife and I. It is a bit off the road which offers serenity and peace. The house is well appointed and met all of our needs. It is located just about 8 minutes from whiteface ski resort and about 22 minutes to lake placid. I Will definitely stay here again. ”

“This cottage was perfect for me and my two friends, though it seems like it'd be ideal for families too with the three decent sized bedrooms, full kitchen and large living area. “We had a wonderful getaway at the Keene Cozy Cottage. It is in a fantastic location in the Lake Placid region. We spent all of our time hiking and biking in the Wilmington area, which was easy to get to. But Lake Placid or the High Peaks are also close, if that’s why you’re staying. The cabin was charming. It was very well stocked with so many little conveniences. There were several times we said, “oh, we wish we brought X,” and there it was in one of the drawers. The cabin was also very well……
