“If you love animals you should love to stay here it is very beautiful here”

“It is what it is: a dated motel from the 60s. Some minor updgrades make it ok. Not much else to it. Great location, with a strip mall across the street and a cosy downtown. Only 10k to the gates of Darien Lake, with a possible shuttle service at the front desk...extremely handy if trying to see a show at the amplitheatre.”

“staff was very nice and the energy was grear”

“The location was excellent - in a lovely tree filled neighborhood within easy walking of the main commercial streets. The room was comfortable, clean, no frills, but did have a little fridge. no complaints. But there is a general air of disinterest in the details that make for a truly pleasant experience. The Keurig coffee maker in the lobby of the guest building was a plus, but no milk, only artificial creamers. There were unwatered dead plants in the public areas and the inn went cheap on……

“The entire property had a strong musty odor, and it was especially noticeable in our room (#129). The smell was concerning enough that it made us worry about the air quality and whether we were being exposed to something potentially harmful during our stay. Additionally, some staff members were unfriendly and unhelpful. They could benefit from additional training in professionalism, communication, and customer service to ensure guests feel welcomed.”
