"This hotel is under construction, with the pool and work out facilities being out of order completely, which should definitely be mentioned before continuing to reserve any rooms. Parking was expensive for just an overnight at $16/night, and two of the entry doors around the back were locked without key entry. There was one small elevator that you had to jump into or it would leave, even though there were people trying to get on after the others had gotten off. The front desk only had one service member, and when we arrived, there was a line already started. As mentioned before, the pool area was closed for refurbishment, and there were “excuse our dust” signs everywhere. It was not until the cancellation deadline had passed, that we actually received a notice from Expedia that the pool was out of service. Overall, we spent too much on a lackluster room. Would not recommend."

"Check in was quick and easy, room was clean, spacious, comfortable beds and updated amenities. The location was great if walking around Manitou and easily accessible from the highway as well. The complimentary breakfast was very nice with more options than we have had at other stays along our trip. I would definitely stay again, a good value for the price"

"Excellent rooms. Ice cold refrigerator and microwave were appreciated. Coffee pot needs upgrading Get rid of the one ply toilet paper Bar and drinks were excellent Restaurant not so good. Very limited menu. Also not open for lunch Room cleaning non existent. Only offered room cleaning at 4pm on last day of our 4 night stay"

"We’ve stayed here quite a few times and have always loved our experiences. It’s a beautiful building with lots of history. The only teensy issue people could run into…the showers are always a little wonky, but never a problem for us."
