“We did not find the cabin emaculate as stated. Cob webs upstairs on the beams, light fixtures dusty, mold on the dryer seal and futon cover on the main floor looks to be dirty. There is a fowl smell coming from the basement from a old hot tub. I slept on the futon upstairs and needless to say for a 66 yr old women that was my bad but it is worn out. We could not get it folded back up before we left. The shade upstairs is missing and hanging slats so it allowed the light to shine in. As far……

“My boyfriend and I stayed in cabin “Thora.” Last time I came here was two years ago and I stayed in a Safari tent. This was my second time coming here and the experience was just as good. Response to messages was prompt, directions were easy, 10 minutes away from Lincoln, beautiful views right on the Brook. This place never disappoints. Excellent service and experience.”

“Stayed in a cabin at Lumen for one night and it was exactly what I needed. Private site right on the brook. I fell asleep to the sound of water. Fireplace, full-wall window, kitchenette, and the cleanest bathhouse I’ve seen at any campground. Only 2.5 hrs from MA but feels like another world. Check -in easy, and I felt safe alone. If you need quiet, nature, and real walls, book this. I’ll be back.”

“The management team was quick and responsive when we had a question or issue, they were quick to provide solutions or come assist. The cabins and bathhouse were very clean. The saunas were enjoyable and easy to schedule a time block. Enjoyable stay with great view of the river ”

“So objectively speaking; super clean, gorgeous area, plenty of amenities, and probably more than you thought you needed.As for my experience, I was blown away by how organized and clean everything was. I was also shocked that the bathhouse, which you would think because it’s communal, it may be a little dirty; not at all. There’s also a little park area that I wasn’t aware of that has paddle boards, seating, games, etc. Sometimes when you get a very nature based cabin, it is at the expense of……
