“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

The resort is clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the customer service. The staff was professional but not always warm or welcoming. We also had a small issue with our breakfast tickets and were sent between the restaurant and the front desk before the manager quickly resolved everything. Overall, it was……
