“front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful, our room was clean for most part but smelled funny, the bed was awful, not comfortable, experience was ok but will stay elsewhere from now on, I chose Drury because they have always been the best, but they have really went downhill these past several years, I will pay $10-50 more per night to stay somewhere newer and nicer from now on.”

“There were 3 crackers making noise all night long after turn off the light& cost me over an hour to find/kill each one after another but the the 4th cracker is stilling there, so finally I give up & checked out around 03:20 am in the small hour. The staff's response was: "There is the season......" Request full refund damage.”

“When we arrived at the property, we rang the bell and eventually we were able to talk to a live person by phone from California! She asked us to use the code she had provided to allow entry into the property. Unfortunately she had not sent the code prior to our arrival. A guy in a pickup pulled up and told us that the property's host was not available because she was in another town about 25 miles away. We found our room and unlike other bed and breakfast properties we have stayed in, a lack……

“The window was broken, heat did not work, no remote to the tv, nothing in the room, call after 10mins of find the local number. Was to get a call back which never happened.Walked down to the office they did switch the room, asked them for a lower level do to husbands disability. We were told there was no available. They had more rooms then vehicles. The next room still no remote and the only lock was the deadbolt. I have photos of the first room”
