“We were in total shock when we arrived at the Quality Inn. It received good reviews on Expedia and the pictures looked amazing. We get there and there’s no one in the lobby, at all! It was total darkness and the furniture was run down and looked more like a place a bunch of guys would meet to potentially play cards instead of a hotel lobby. It was a motel, not a hotel, and when we went into the room that we were expected to stayed in, there were no signs of bedsheets, bedspreads, housekeeping,……
