“Everything was good, breakfast was excellent, pool was nice, small but clean and warm. Only complaint was the Sona wasn't what I expected. No steam. Just got warm. Not a true Sona.”

“Granted, it was very busy with all the rooms in the immediate area being snatched up by the Big Boy steam train event, but the inability to have a working phone in the room for a wake up call is unacceptable. Not everyone always has a cell phone or remembers to carry a charger with them when they travel. (or forgets and leaves it in airplane mode) A working phone in a hotel room and dependable wake up calls is not too much to ask when a guest is paying their money to stay there.”

“Good, budget-friendly choice for a hotel. Other than a few minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom (fan and grout in bathroom), we enjoyed our stay. The here were always staff that were visible and present. Breakfast was always well-stocked and refilled and there were good choices. I also appreciated the woman working the kitchen/breakfast area refilling the food and cleaning the area this am. We left behind our cooler and she reached out and attempted to get in touch with us.
