"The property was safe, had access to parking, the outside was aesthetically pleasing, and the kitchen area was nice and the decor was nice. The living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were a reasonable size for the price point. The unit was connected to another unit and the family was up early and the walls were fairly thin as they woke us up and we could hear everything they were saying and yelling at one another.
