“Our accessibility room was very nice, large separate living room. Nice size bathroom with grab bars. The room was clean, bed comfortable. A/C was loud but we found a switch on the wall to turn off in separate room. Was not happy that there was some mildew in the shower. Otherwise it was all good. Elevator needed new carpet. So first impression is not good. Breakfast was decent. Location was good. Cracker Barrel right in front of the hotel.”

“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……

“For the price, a good value. Beds were really comfortable, the continental breakfast, while a little sparse, it did have waffles, breakfast cereals, yogurt, juices, white/wheat bread for toast and spreads to go with it. Excellent coffee from the machine, and creamer and sweeteners. The only real negatives were in the room were the carpet is a little worn, and the room lighting was a little dim. The room I was in could use some more lighting. Some air freshener would be nice, as the air……
