On our last night we realized that there was no shampoo, so maybe need to check when readying the room. We didn’t need until the 2nd night and it was too late to get. Also the floor in the room was a little sticky perhaps the mop wasn’t as clean? All in all though we had a great time and love the hotel.”

“The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten ”
