Then when we went to the cabin and opened the door, we were absolutely astonished by its beauty and its personal attention to detail. It had everything we needed and plenty that we didn’t. “I loved the cabin location. The cabin was equipped with everything needed and very clean. The owner was VERY HELPFUL and quick to respond to any questions asked. The bed was super comfy. Just wished the bedroom had a television. We wanted to relax in bed and watch tv The tv location above the fireplace was not conducive to seating, you had to extend your neck up to see it. Having only one TV we spent a lot of time on the sofa. The sofa was very, VERY uncomfortable and actually broken. We……

“The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten ”
