“I took my family here for a five-day vacation to celebrate my toddler’s first trip to the beach for his third birthday. I’ll start with the positives. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the hotel’s location was extremely convenient. Unfortunately, there were several disappointments. We booked two city-view rooms, and they were much smaller than expected. The rooms looked nothing like the photos advertised online. Not only were they different layouts, but one……

“I loved this hotel. My recommendation is to let me know in advance parking has a fee per night. Loved the Starbucks! Would stay here again:)”

“Convenient location. Breakfast was excellent. Clean but not spotless. Front desk staff was a little terse.”

“207 steps from the room to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Kitchen was nice to have. Coffee maker was weird and I wish there was a toaster. But other that it was a good overall experience. Hoping to come back for a long weekend soon.”

“The rooms are well cleaned but they didn't check ✅ me in on time with the Amount of money I paid 🤑 which is turned off for me and No breakfast 🥣 ☕ they said you have to go buy breakfast 🧇 yourself Other Hotel do give breakfast 🧇 for free and they are even less expensive They said check in time ⌚ was 4pm 🕓 but I got there thy said they are cleaning the room I have to wait more than an hour 👀”

“I was honestly surprised this was a Hilton hotel. There was no microwave in the room, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Tru by Hilton Wrightsville Beach. It was clean, the staff was helpful, and I appreciated the comfortable lobby area with various places to hang out.”

“During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.”
