"The setting was fantastic, nestled perfectly to soak in breathtaking mountain views & the charm of farm animals. Ideal for couples or small families seeking a cozy getaway. The layout made our stay comfortable & relaxing. Noticed landscaping & enhancements in progress—I'm excited to see the final results. It’s clear you’re putting a lot of heart into creating a beautiful space & I can't wait to return & enjoy the outdoors without mud, perhaps soaking up more sun! While the setup is great, I have a few suggestions for future guest comfort. Consider adding basic bathroom amenities & a coffee station with a Keurig. Bottles of water & snacks like candy bars with a welcome note could make guests feel more at home. For entertainment, think about indoor activities like shuffleboard, air hockey, or a video game console. An information guide with Wi-Fi details & local tips, placed on the bedroom desk, would be incredibly useful. Despite these small suggestions, your place is wonderful & these are just ideas to enhance what’s already a fantastic setup. The cleanliness & thoughtfulness in the arrangement did not go unnoticed. I’m still rating it five stars & look forward to our next visit! Thanks for a memorable stay, & keep up the great work!"

"Maria, was wonderful. Responsive, helpful and made the booking and stay easy. The house is beautiful and in a great area for getting around El Paso and Las Cruces. I plan to stay there again in the future. One suggestion would be to take photos of the exterior of the home in the listing on VRBO as the home elevation is beautiful and will attract more people if they have a feel for this being a newer and very safe neighborhood. "This house was perfectly located for us and was in great condition. Communication with the host was great and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs as we were in town during a family funeral and uncertain times. The personal touches of the house from the host were great! A place to put luggage in closet and rooms, a coffee bar better than any hotel, and little chocolates and snacks! We felt safe and got great rest during a tough visit. We will make sure to rebook next time we are in town! Thanks to Derek and his wife for hosting us with such care!"

"My husband myself and our two dogs stayed for four days. Check in and check out were easy and efficient. Bernie was great about communicating with us. He sent us all information before we needed it. If you end up bringing pets just know that there is an area in the back yard where yard is raised, causing the fence to be low…there is a big drop off on the other side. This wasn’t a problem for us, our dogs are not explorers and tend to like to have us in their sight. Overall our stay was great. The description of the house was accurate and host (Bernie) was spot on. We had a nice stay."
