“The location was perfect and so close to I-35. Great parking located right across the street from the hotel, fun area to walk around, great Irish Pub just a block away, breakfast bowl was incredible at hotel restaurant. The total "Austin" vibe was there! Room was nice, clean and well appointed. Nespresso maker and clothing steamer in the room. Front desk was outstanding! We arrived in Austin early and the hotel had already texted me that my room was ready. It was so convenient to check-in……

“Room was very nice and clean and well designed. Plenty of storage space and well organized. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and nice. Good water pressure. It’s not in our usual location, but will stay here again when we’re in Austin again. Staff was courteous. Check in was quick and simple.”

“I was misled to book this hotel, and explained to the hotel that we would like to cancel this stay, but they still checked us in while I was explaining to them, and later on told us that the stay was not cancellable because we had checked in. I called Expedia and talked to them through Expedia but the issue was not solved, so we were finally forced to live there, after one hour waste to time, and I got allergy by sleeping on the sofa bed. The front desk lady was aloof.”
