“Situated in a tranquil area, cozy room, got most amenities one need, helpful staff, lovely breakfast. But if you are noise sensitive, you should seek other options. My room situated on the ground floor next to the wooden stairs. You can always hear people stepping up floor/ talking outside your room. The aircon is quite noisy too.”

The place was very clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. It feels like a museum, and you can tell the owner has great taste in art and decoration. “This is the second time that I have stayed at The Donald Gordon Conference Centre. My room was clean and the cleaning staff were lovely. The rooms are dated - especially the bathrooms. The toilets are old and very low, and there are no safety/grab bars in the tub/shower area. I also like a good old fashioned bar of soap - and there were none. It would also be nice to have a safe in the room, and a robe. The restaurant staff were amazing. Breakfast was delightful - excellent choices and……
