I had to reach out a couple of times but overall it was a great stay, lovely home.There was not any cleaning supplies, so it was hard to clean the kitchen, and stove top as they requested. “Excellent property and property manager. House is huge with amazing overviews of Lake Tahoe. Both Gondola and Nevada base station of Heavenly are nearby, along with South Lake Tahoe casinos. Great for families with kids or larger group of friends. Great game room, pool and 2 grand pianos - though one was not really in tune :) Place itself is well maintained, kept clean and warm. “The house was nice and clean. A few items that were not up to par: The hot tub cannot go above 96 degrees. My bathtub at home is warmer than that and no one wanted to use it due to being just luke warm water. Also there are no instructions for the hot tub and nothing to let you know that the maximum temp is 96 degrees. The kitchen amenities were mediocre with poor choice of pots/pans & tools. No regular coffee pot, only a keurig. The pots and pans are very low quality and they are worn out and……
