“Excellent staff and clean room”

“Staff were excellent. They were very helpful. Packed us a nice to go breakfast early in the morning. Kept our luggage for a day after we had checked out. Even let us sit in their lobby after we had checked out while we were waiting for our transportation. Special thanks to Emmanuel, the lady with glasses and all others in the lobby. They had excellent vegetarian choices for breakfast.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was a definite highlight—delicious and incredibly varied. Every morning we enjoyed a huge spread of fresh fruits, several kinds of cheeses, and a great selection of fresh breads. The drink station was equally impressive, featuring a variety of fresh juices, quality coffee, and comforting hot chocolate. It was the perfect way to fuel up before exploring Cusco.”

“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is……

“The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early.”

“The hotel has an excellent location—very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The staff were very friendly, especially the bell guy, who was warm and polite. However, the room was a bit dated, and the bathroom towels were not very clean, which didn’t quite match the price of the hotel. ”

“Great colonial hotel in a good location. It was close enough to walk to the main square and restaurants but far enough away from them to be quiet. It has a beautiful inner courtyard with a garden. The balcony was nice for sitting to enjoy the view of the City. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. They provided a heater since it was a little cold at night. The water in the shower took a minute to get hot but it was nice pressure and hot. The breakfast was amazing - fresh hot food with……

“Ground floor supet noisy”

“Great service and friendly staff. It is a noisy area so if you are a light sleeper it might not work for you. But after a day of touring I was too tired to care. The entrance doesn’t allow for cars to drive so you will have to walk from the plaza. Most taxi services we worked with helped us with our suitcases so it wasn’t too bad. Also they stop check-ins at midnight so make sure you get there before then. ”
