“Room was clean, the staff was amazing, we have 3 kids, they had a little hard time adjusting to the altitude, we had arrived earlier but check-in was not till @12, Roger the manager and his stuff had problem letting us go to our room to rest, Julian was also amazing always helping us for breakfast and anything we needed it, love the place and the staff, definitely will be back, such a great experience!!”

The only problem was that the room offered is on ground floor even lowered with the road outside. Besides, its window is in close proximity to road side with busy traffic, hence noisy and without privacy if the window was opened.”

The hotel is quaint, rustic, quiet and small, only a handful of rooms, with personal English speaking staff and superior service. The on-site restaurant is 5 star with an exceptional atmosphere. I will be returning on my next trip to Urubamba.”
