“I was highly impressed! We ended up doing a late check in do to traffic when I called to let them know they were super nice and professional on phone. Upon arriving we were exhausted Deedee at front desk was AMAZING! She was quick to check us in and had a bright beautiful smile! She also was knowledgeable on parking for our event. The room was clean spacious a/c worked, blow dryer, iron, all the coffee stocked, towels were soft and plushy! I think my only suggestion is that they add lamps with……

“It was wonderful—a breath of fresh air, really. The check-in was flawless, and the crew/staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet! I was not informed that the airport service was not 24 hours and that you had to reserve a spot beginning at 4:55. I had a 6:00 a.m. flight and was hoping to get to the airport at 4. Had I not called the front desk to inquire, I would not have made it to the airport. ”
