“Generally, our stay was okay. However, the reservation was for three people, and the room was only prepared for two. I opened the sofa bed and found that there were no sheets on it. I had to call the front desk to request them, and I had to make the bed myself. The same happened with the towels, as there were only two provided. When I opened the sofa bed, a dead cockroach came out. The towels in the bathroom had hair on them, and the refrigerator was not cooling properly. Housekeeping never……
