Upon arrival, Javier greeted us with delicious pastries and even shared a lovely bottle of wine with us during our stay. He was extremely responsive with communications including a request for dining recommendations. Our adult daughter joined us and slept on the day bed in the living area. Groups of three should know that access to the bathroom is through the master bedroom. This was not a problem for our family...

“Perfect for walking everywhere. A little tricky to access room at first, but then easy to manage. A few minor details missed: no xtra garbage bags, lightbulb in living area missing. Very much appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and supplied coffee. Would stay again.”

“We absolutely loved our stay in this little gem of an apartment in Madrid. The location is good, within walking distance of so much you'll want to see in Madrid. The place is small but very well-equipped and immaculately clean. The management company has though of pretty much everything, and they are very responsive and great communicators. We would definitely stay here again!”

“la chaudière de l'appartement est tombée en panne et notre hôte est intervenu dans la 1/2 heure et a remis la chaudière en fonctionnement. Nous avons apprécié la bibliothèque avec ses livres d'art et ces livres en anglais pour débutant. Les chambres avec des doubles fenêtres masquant le bruit de la rue et les commodes et penderie dans les chambres pour ranger le linge. Les commerces et restaurants au pied de l'immeuble Un seul regret le lit parental en 140 et non en 160 mais un matelas néanmoins...

“Unser Aufenthalt diente lediglich der Übernachtung nach einem Champions League Spiels mit 5 Erwachsenen. Die Buchung und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief über FeWo problemlos und sehr schnell. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Ein Neubau ist es nicht (war auch nicht beschrieben), daher muss man mit leichten abnutzungsspuren rechnen. Diese waren aber nicht schlimm. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war für uns fast ideal, da es zu Fuß nur 20 min...
