“The house was in a convenient and quiet location. This home has recently been renovated, so the kitchen and bathroom are updated. However, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues. Most things were cosmetic, but still off-putting. One bedroom door had windows, so there was no privacy. Another bedroom door could not be shut completely. The front door deadbolt needs replaced. “Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim.
First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you!
Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,……
