The lobby was nice, and the night guy was respectful, but that is where it ended. The "At the Door" security deposit was a shock, but it was so late, it was early morning, and I needed to get off the road. I thought that the issues mentioned were sensationalized, they were not! The sheets have stains, the floor was sticky, there was loose "litter" on the floor and half the pillows were yellow. I thought, ok nothing that cannot be cured with housekeeping. Grabbed, the towels (which were clean), spread them out and went to sleep. Woke up the next morning, and during my morning toilet visit, was greeted by the resident roach that came in like a cat who won't leave you alone in the bathroom. THAT WAS IT! Checked out early, they did NOT check me out immediately and they would not give me paper work about my visit. The AT DOOR security deposit was ALSO NOT charged back at that point. My card still showing a hold on the deposit and currently working on getting back the other 2 nights from my credit card. SHOULD NOT BE LISTED ON THE EXPEDIA WEBSITE AS A VIABLE PLACE TO STAY!!! DON'T let this place reflect badly on the rest of Expedia for offering it.

The receptionist was good, but everything else was terrible. There were stains on the pillows, and we found hair in the bed. We requested new pillowcases and bedsheets. When the housekeeper came, she rudely asked why we wanted to change the sheets and covers. We didn't like the smell of the towels, so we bought fresh towels and sheets ourselves. The next morning, we noticed a hole in the wall when the curtain was moved aside. Since it was pre-existing and hidden behind the heavy curtains, we did not report it. There was also a water leak from the ceiling. The worst part of our stay was that they charged us $250 for the hole in the wall. It was really shocking to us. How can I pay for damage that was already there? It was the fault of the housekeeping staff for not reporting it. Anyone staying in such places should thoroughly check the room, take a video, and report anything they notice to the hotel. I complained and explained the situation to the property manager, and I am waiting for their response.

The photos of this property look nothing like what it actually looks like. The room smelled dirty and musty, we found a roach in the bathroom, blood stains on the carpet, and there was mold on the ceiling. Bed/pillows were not comfy at all.

Lobby was dirty. Room was not cleaned well. Fingerprints and handprints on the windows. Red stains on the floor. Shower curtain broken. Looked ready to fall off at any moment. Bathroom door was broken and cracked. Main door security loop was broken and wouldn’t work if needed. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed.
