We hiked the Catawba Trail, spent some time in nearby Black Mountain, and made s'mores by the firepit. It was a great weekend getaway for a family. ”

“We were originally booked into a downtown hotel for our very first visit to asheville. After some research, we decided we wanted to stay in a neighborhood and this was the perfect choice. Plenty of parking, perfectly located, and the unit was far more spacious than we needed for 5 nights. This was well thought out and we couldn't think of one thing they should have done better. Ice cold AC. Extra comfy bed,, ROKU. Coffee in room.”

“Absolutely loved this property! We chose this home at Rumbling Bald to accommodate family for our son’s wedding which was onsite. We had 10 adults, an infant, and a dog. The space was perfect. The bottom level was its own private space which was perfect for the family members with the baby. The main level bedroom fit our needs so our elderly parents did not have to climb stairs and the upstairs bedrooms were spacious enough for the rest of the crew. “My husband and I were celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary. This was a wonderful place for our weekend visit. The host was kind and considerate, leaving some homemade bread and eggs and such a sparkling clean cottage! We enjoyed every minute!”

“The three of us loved staying in this beautiful cabin for three nights. The cabin still smells new and was impeccably clean. There was ample space for the three of us and we really appreciated the large and comfortable sectional sofa. We had everything we needed. Although the cabin wasn't as secluded as we had anticipated based on the photos, we didn't hear a thing once inside. It was a very short drive to the lovely Black Mountain town square and an easy drive to Asheville. Enjoy!”

“This beautiful, peaceful little cabin is a slice of heaven. It is quiet, beside a horse pasture and surrounded by trees. The cabin itself is expertly decorated and is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was one of the most calming and relaxing four days that we have spent in a while. I would definitley return. ”

This is a great secluded cabin with ample space and thoughtful and comfortable furnishings. Kind and attentive hosts. The location is perfect for nearby outdoor adventures, foodie exploring, and small town hospitality. 13/10”
