“Upon arrival I was told to move my vehicle from where I parked it because of others needing to park. I moved it twice, because the owner told me in a ride condescending manner. I ended up during my stay, parking in the same space that I was told to move from when I first arrived, because of the tight parking that was available. It is not appropriate for the location. The kitchen was dirty. The stove had grease all over, the available utensils where a Hodge podge collection, they're was no pots……

“Easy street parking, great communication with host, easy check-in and everything accurately advertised. The bed was wonderful and the back patio was perfect for some afternoon reading and lounging. We ended up walking to and eating at our favorite Santa Cruz restaurant. Great location. Great stay.”

“I can’t say this was inaccurate to the description (because there was no picture of the bed...) but certain things you just take for granted, like a nice comfortable, clean bed. The bed was a chaise lounge with a sheet set that was not clear if it was recently used or if it just didn’t fit the “mattress”. The “bed” was right next to a window that had a leak and it was cold and wet. This particular night was high winds and a LOT of rain, and Th e small cadet heater and portable heater were……

“Best stay! Family friendly, clean, everything you need. Host was excellent with communication and accommodating to our early arrival. Would definitely recommend this cozy cottage. 2 min walk to restaurants and beach made for minimal driving while also making breakfast and dinners on the deck. This stay was excellent for my 40th! ”

“Room was clean, very close to the beach and shops… parking was a challenge as we had to drive around for a while to get a spot. We had 3 people and a small dog, loved the fact there was a tv in living room and bedroom… so pretty quiet overall but when the people leaving upstairs it sounds like a hundred people were coming in and out… but overall I would definitely stay here again… the price breakdown was the people who run it charge more than the people who own it… still was a good deal for……

“Very clean unit, comfortable beds, AC working fine, well equipped kitchen. Good shower water pressure. Only downside is that wall are thin so we could hear neighbors conversations and walking upstairs. Overall very recommendable”
