“the cleanliness of the home needs improvement as we felt like it wasn’t “ready” to be rented out. the floors were sticky. it wasn’t vacuumed or mopped. the outside/backyard area had a lot of trash and the bins were full. the power in the house shut off and the heater didn’t work throughout the night and we were freezing. it was unfortunate that the host wasnt replying until the next morning when we were checking out.”

“The air conditioning noise was extremely loud, almost like aircraft noise, making it hard to sleep. The provided dental kit was also very low quality, and the toothbrush caused gum bleeding. Overall, below expectations for a Westin.”

“This is a lovely cottage in the heart of a residential area. Close to Santana Row. Clean, neat, and a well stocked kitchen. Pet friendly and quiet. The hosts are kind and communication is quick and easy. The shower was a bit of a challenge and some comedic relief to the event (I turned the wrong knob and gave the entire room a shower). Back in when you park for easier departure, there are cars parked on the street that make it a bit difficult to see when you’re backing out. The owners are……
