"This property was not only extremely clean but also provided a immaculate set up. The kitchen and living room was very open and it was perfect for our group gatherings. As well as the basement living room which provided an great space for our group to gather and watch movies. Overall the property was beautiful and deserves 5 stars!"

"Super cozy home the entire family was able to enjoy. Kids weren't stuck to their phones since there was actually something fun for them: pool table for the adults, ping pong for the kids. Plenty of room inside and out. When we arrived, I couldn't figure out the thermostat but one message and they we there within 10 minutes!"

The location was great (close to a grocery store and food options, as well as 10-15 mins from downtown Denver). The neighborhood felt extremely safe, and the communication between us and the host was incredible. The place itself was tidy and clean, and it felt extremely cozy especially when we were snowed in. "I stayed here for just over a month for work. Neighborhood is wonderful, there is a private parking spot, and a plethora of restaurants 5 minute walk away. Do not miss Bakery Four for incredible baked goods, and Hops & Pie has $7 Detroit pizzas on Thursdays. The host was immediately responsive. I will definitely stay here anytime I'm in Mile High."

"3 couples met up from Dallas and Seattle to watch a concert at red rocks. The location was great and walking distance to many things! The bed were also very comfortable, which is something I never experience and was a nice surprise! The host was very accommodating and answered all emails and texts promptly! We would stay here again our next trip to Denver"
